Medium-light roast

“Honey” processed coffee from Honduras.  The skin and pulp of the coffee cherry is removed but a thin coating of the fruit is left on the green coffee bean to dry.  While no actual honey is used, it does impart a natural sweetness to the coffee.

medium body / hints of almond / bright, mango acidity.
